• ಯಾವುದೇ ಪಶುವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದಿಂದ ಅಥವಾ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾನೂನು ಮೂಲಕ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾದ ಪಶು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ ಅಥವಾ ಕೃಷಿ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದಿಂದ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಶೇ.50 ಅಂಕಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬಿ.ವಿ.ಎಸ್.ಸಿ ಅಥವಾ ಬಿ.ವಿ.ಎಸ್.ಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಎ.ಹೆಚ್ ಪದವಿ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.
• ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪಶುವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಣಿಯಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಚಾಲ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರಬೇಕು.
